Introducing the NO REP penalty!!

Now if you are given a no rep during our For Time workouts you must do the stairs automatically!

No arguing!!

No excuses!!

We understand that it is easy to skip a rep or preform a bad rep when working out for time.

But to become a better DocksideFitness Liverpool athlete we would much rather you done the workout correctly. It don’t matter if your not top of the board it don’t matter if you don’t finish in the time cap, what matters is you execute correct technique!!!
